In this webinar, you are introduced to some of the core principles of Neuro-Linguistic Programming to support you in gaining a greater understanding of why you do what you do, and what makes you who you are today. Through completion of your pre-course work, you’ll have gained a deeper understanding of what drives you, how you interpret your world and you preferred learning the style. The questionnaires act only to identify your strengths and development areas; presenting an opportunity to celebrate what makes you great and work on the areas that will directly impact you in achieving the balance and success you deserve.

In this webinar, you will learn about yourself and greatly raise your self-awareness which will, in turn, support you in making choices which best suit you, your personality and your natural style. Life can sometimes overwhelm us and lead us to feel quite simply like our computer, with too many tabs open. I’m sure you’ve had that feeling of working on too many items at once and not seeming to complete anything, either in the time you wanted or to the standard you aim to deliver.

Equally, you may feel like life is going well, you have all the elements you think you’re supposed to have, like the partner, the children, the house, the car and the other trappings that society uses to define success. But something just isn’t quite right and you can’t put your finger on it, you can’t seem to locate the right tab. As you begin your journey to discover more about yourself we must first stop… and review your life.

In this webinar, we’ll begin the process of reviewing all aspects of your life and honestly evaluating them to support you in gaining a greater understanding of where you should be focusing your energy. In this webinar, you take the first important step begin the process of planning your future self. We’ll discuss the role of your stretch zone as you take a step outside of your comfort zone and dream big. We’ll review the process of visualisation, thinking deeply about who you are going to be and creating mental images, in as much detail as possible, so your unconscious brain has a clear understanding of the direction your life is heading. We’ll explore the opportunity for you to create visualisation boards; get the magazines, scissors and glue at the ready!

You’ve designed your Future Self and have identified goals you want to set to support you in becoming your balanced, successful and authentic self.

In this webinar, we’ll also identify the limiting beliefs, those which constrain you in some way. Just by believing them, we do not think, do or say the things that they inhibit and in doing so we impoverish our lives. You’ll be introduced to a process to banish those limiting beliefs as well as tools you can use to install new empowering beliefs.

We’ll introduce or recap on the SMART Planning process and begin getting actions in place for your initial goals.
