Within the first 90-minutes of your A Better Life Program, you will discover just who you are, where you are and where you want to be. My A Better Life Program was designed for my clients who are seeking to create substantial change in their life and need to get out of overwhelm and into control, in the quickest time possible.

The program includes 3-months of coaching and therapy, together we design a plan of action in order that you can achieve fresh start you desire and deserve. You get direct daily access to me and over 10-hours of one-to-one coaching, giving you the greatest opportunity to turn around your life and break free from your stress, anxiety and depression.

After every session, you’ll receive an updated action plan and notes so you can see you are on track and we’ll talk weekly so I can give you the support you need to be accountable and motivated to realise your goals. Gradually becoming more confident, increasing your self-esteem, increasing your engagement with the world and achieving a happier, authentic, more positive you.

accountability

Fortnightly check-in calls, to address any challenges and celebrate success. To keep you on track and motivated to achieve your goals.
